We will gather (virtually) online on Google Meet to learn how to surround our heart with Love and compassion, discover the stories that warm our hearts, through my Authentic Poetry Process of guided/relaxing meditation, poetry reading from world known poets & mystics like Mirabai, St. Catherine of Siena, Anambe prayer and others will warm the heart chakra and replenish our love barrel that needs our constant care. Enjoy guided loving meditation, poetry by world known poets, creative writing, restorative movement, sharing & group dicussion. This workshop will be fun! & restorative! $50 for this 2 hour workshop.
