Exploration – The Universe

Whether we are aware of it or not we are part of a vast universe.  Wordless, silent, outspoken we play a role.  In this workshop, we get to explore the moon, the stars, the sun in our poems and how we relate to them.  Poems by Tracy K. Smith, Kabir, Steven Schnur and others will offer their own connection to the universe which will help you embrace yours. All workshops include Guided medtation, visualisation, light movement, poetry reading, writing, sharing, and group discussion. $50 per workshop. We gather on Google Meet.
